"This was a pretty epic sunset, we were camping just above this beach (Horgabost) on Harris. It had been windy all day, but at sunset it just dropped and the Sound of Taransay was like a millpond. I think I stayed out watching the light fade til about 2am!" – Christopher Swan

"Another shot from a wonderful sunrise at The Old Man of Storr. This one is taken from a mound on the eastern side of the footpath to the summit of The Storr. Here, the Old Man stands proud with a glorious view of The Cuillin behind. On this particular day, the early morning light was especially dramatic." – Marcus Reeves

"Beautiful but cold morning in the North-West Highlands. This picture was taken from the top of Canisp with the sun just about to rise in the East. Behind me, in the West, Suilven was hidden beneath heavy clouds and fog." – Svensi
