This is the final set of lock gates on the Caledonian Canal before the Beauly Firth. The Lock Keepers Cottage acts as a sentinal as the sun sets and creates a stunning reflection in the inky water.
The sky reminded me of a shot I took at sunrise of the Infirmary Bridge in Inverness.
