Anybody know how to copyright a tree?

Anybody know how to copyright a tree!!, originally uploaded by ouldm01.

I love this tree, and it is on the route that I take for food shopping. I make no apologies for adding numerous shots of it as it is different every time I pass and the colours are always stunning.
