Rest in Peace
This shot is potentially one of the last I'll be uploading for a while. It was taken on Saturday night and on Sunday while frolicking in a river at the top of a Scottish hill my camera had a disagreement with some water and fried and died :o(
Camping Beinn Bhuidhe
Campsite on the summit of Beinn Bhiude on a fabulous night, with the last moment of sun disappearing behind the Cruachan range.

Sunset From Kintra - Isle of Mull
One of the best places on Earth. Mystical in the extreme. I only had about 15 minutes to snap off a few shots on a recent trip with my family from Canada.

Looking to Skye sunrise
Another early morning shot taken from Gairloch shore. I think that's Skye in the background there. It was so calm and peaceful. Need to get up at this time more often - mmm....

Eilean Donan Castle
In the middle of a long drive home from the Outer Hebrides we passed Eilean Donan Castle early evening. The sun was too bright for a nice shot but got us wondering whether it might be worth hanging around for a few hours till nearer sunset.
Will a poke o chips in hand we patiently waited a few hours and endured 10,000,000,000 midges until the sun slid down behind the mountains.
I think it was well worth the wait to see the castle in all it's sunset glory but not sure my wife and son would agree as we never got home till 2:30am.

Loch Dochfour
This loch is where the River Ness starts and also splits to from the eastern section of the Caledonian Canal. It also joins Loch Ness about 1/2 a mile form the centre of the image and is where Jacobite Cruises head along on the way to Urquhart Castle.
